Considering today is officially a snow day (which was announced yesterday around 9pm),
this is by no means what I'm currently wearing. However, I thought I'd share yesterday's outfit.
A friend commented that I looked "cozy." I understood that to mean that I looked frumpy.
Thus, I'll probably be turning this sweater into an oversized "snood."
Eh, at least I tried to make it work.
Last weekend wasn't all that fruitful in terms of thrift scores, but I did manage to snag this scarf.
I dare say it may just be my new favorite scarf.
The color scheme. The floral. The tapestry design. Pure bliss!
It embodies everything I'm into at the moment.
I finally got around to wearing this brooch Mango bought for me.
She gave me all sorts of goodies whenever I came back from Spain this past summer.
I believe this brooch was once a ceramic plate that was then upcycled into this gem.
I wouldn't mind making my own in the future. Hmmm...
Anyways, my snow day will be spent getting caught up on school work, Etsy listings, and maybe a few crafts?

Our Snowpocalypse last week was spent couch hopping in a nearby city because my apt lost heat :( no bueno in sub-zero temps, but I did get to have tons of fun whilst pin-balling around the city!

aw, I don't think cozy is a synonym for frumpy (and if she did mean it that way shame on her!!), I think you look cute, stylish, and comfortable which is how, in a perfect world, everyone should aim to dress like! Killing yourself over fashion and being uncomfortable always has and always will boggle my mind.
